DESCRIPTION:Join fellow Foothills Club members for a facility tour and morning of hands-on volunteering with Community Gardens of Tucson. \nHomer Davis School Garden | 4233 N. Flowing Wells Road\nThursday\, September 10 | 8:00 AM–11:00 AM \nWe’ll help prepare the gardens for the upcoming season with projects that may include preparing garden beds\, adding compost\, weeding\, and general garden maintenance. \nTools\, supplies\, and gloves will be provided. Volunteers should bring water\, sun protection\, and wear closed-toed shoes. \nSpace is limited to 25 volunteers.\nSIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER \nFull event details\, parking information\, and a map will be provided to registered volunteers.
