Volunteer at the Denim & Diamonds Gala 
The Foothills Club of Tucson is looking for volunteers to help make our Denim & Diamonds Gala a huge success! This unforgettable evening would not be possible without the support of our members and community.
Whether you can assist before, during, or after the event, we’d love to have you join us. Volunteer opportunities include event setup, guest assistance, check-in support, and more.
Important Volunteer Information:
Volunteers who plan to sit at a table and enjoy dinner during the event must purchase a gala ticket.
Volunteers who are attending solely to support the event through their volunteer role do not need to purchase a ticket.

Location: Here’s where we could use your help:
- Setup (2:00 – 5:00 PM) | 2–3 people)
Help Set up the Decoration and Tables - Check-In (6:00 PM –7:00 PM | 2 people)
Help Welcome our Guest and Check In. - Clean-up (11:30 – 11:55 PM | 2-3 people)
Help take down decorations at the end of the night
