A couple of things to note:

All of our applicants are required to complete our application below
A one-time $100 application fee is required to submit your application
Your application will be reviewed by the Membership committee and you will be notified of the status ASAP
You will be billed for your annual membership dues upon membership approval
Membership fees are non-refundable.

Membership Descriptions

Foothills Club of Tucson offers several membership options for individuals and organizations interested in supporting our mission. Membership is assigned to the individual member listed on the application and is not interchangeable between employees, representatives, or guests. For Associate and Corporate memberships, each listed associate is considered an individual member and is responsible for meeting member expectations.

Our fiscal year and membership year run from July 1 to June 30 each year. Membership dues may be prorated depending on the time of year the application is submitted. The final membership amount will be confirmed after the application is reviewed.

Individual Annual Membership $350
Includes one individual member.

Associate Annual Membership $500
Includes up to two named associates from the same organization.

Corporate Annual Membership $700
Includes up to three named associates from the same organization.

MEMBER EXPECTATIONS

Our continued and future success depends on the personal commitment and active involvement of every individual member. For Associate and Corporate memberships, expectations apply to each named member listed under the organization’s membership, not only the primary applicant. Each member is expected to advocate for Foothills Club of Tucson, communicate our mission, and play an active role in supporting our success.

Advocacy*

Be well informed to convey our mission, strengths and needs. Utilize personal and professional skills, relationships, and knowledge for the advancement of the Foothills Club of Tucson.

I Acknowledge the importance of FCT Advocacy.

Meeting Attendance*

Attend a minimum of 7 Club meetings per year. Meetings are each month on the 2nd Friday from 12:30pm – 2:30pm.

Recruitment*

Bring a minimum of 2 guests per year to a Club meeting.

Committee Participation & Volunteerism*

Actively participate on one or more committees (sub-committee options are available) and/or provide a minimum of 5 hours of event volunteerism (concert, cornhole, gala, or golf) and/or participate in club sponsored volunteer events throughout the year.

Community Commitment*

Raise AT LEAST a total of $1000 through the combination of supporting the Concert, Cornhole, Gala, and Golf events.

Events*

Participate and invite guests to the various club sponsored special events and social events.

Event Fundraising Commitment

As part of Foothills Club of Tucson membership, each member is responsible for helping raise a minimum of $1,000 during the membership year through support of the Club’s fundraising events.

This commitment may be fulfilled through the member’s own financial support, by securing support from others, or through a combination of both. Members may meet the commitment through one event, one donation, or by combining support across multiple Club fundraising events throughout the year.

Examples of qualifying support include:

Making a direct donation to Foothills Club of Tucson.
Asking others to make a donation to Foothills Club of Tucson.
Purchasing or securing event sponsorships.
Purchasing or encouraging others to purchase event tickets, tables, cornhole teams, or golf foursomes.
Inviting friends, family, businesses, or community contacts to support one or more Club fundraising events or donations.

Fundraising support may be applied to any Club fundraising event, including the Concert, Cornhole Tournament, Gala, and Golf Tournament.

A single $1,000 donation, sponsorship, table, team, foursome, or qualifying ticket purchase may fulfill the full annual commitment. Funds raised through these events directly support Foothills Club of Tucson’s mission to fund local organizations serving youth in need.

Fundraising Commitment*

I acknowledge that the Foothills Club of Tucson annual fundraising commitment of $1,000 applies to each individual member and may be fulfilled through support of one or more Club fundraising events or donations. For Associate and Corporate memberships, this commitment applies to each named member listed under the membership.

Committees to Join

Committee participation is expected of Foothills Club members and may include planning, event execution, sponsorship outreach, encouraging participation, gathering raffle items, reviewing applications, or supporting member engagement. Committee Chairs will follow up to confirm participation and discuss opportunities to get involved.

Supports planning and execution of the annual Golf Tournament, including sponsorships, golfer participation, raffle items, event logistics, and day-of support.

Fundraising Concert September 26, 2026 | Chair: Mike Parvis
Supports planning and promotion of the annual fundraising concert, including sponsorships, ticket sales, event logistics, and volunteer support.

Cornhole Tournament Fall 2027 | Chair: TBD
Supports planning and execution of the annual Cornhole Tournament, including sponsorships, team participation, raffle items, event logistics, and day-of support.

Gala February 12, 2027 | Chair: Chrisie Ballard
Supports planning and execution of the annual Gala, including sponsorships, auction items, raffle items, guest participation, event logistics, and day-of support.

Membership Chair: Yudith Burruel
Works to keep members involved, informed, and excited about the Club while helping welcome new members and support member engagement.

Giving Chair: Rob Sandner
Reviews and vets grant applications, makes funding recommendations to the Board and Club, and helps ensure Foothills Club funding supports organizations serving youth in need.

SocialChair: TBD
Plans and coordinates events and activities that bring Foothills Club members together to connect, network, and have fun.

Financial Chair: RJ Bergman
Reviews the budget and financial reports, provides input on financial matters, and makes recommendations to the Board regarding Club finances.
