Having previously owned and operated a local gymfor four years, she brings an entrepreneurial perspective and a strong appreciation for the challenges and opportunities businessowners face.
A Southern Arizona resident, Theresa is deeply invested in her community and values building meaningful relationships throughprofessional and civic engagement. In addition to her banking career, she serves as a high school cheer coach, mentoring youngathletes and helping foster teamwork, confidence, and leadership. Outside of work, she enjoys supporting her two children in their athletic and academic pursuits and caring for her adult sister with special needs. She is passionate about building connections thatstrengthen the Tucson community and contribute to the continued growth and success of Southern Arizona.
