Chaz is a mortgage broker with The Mortgage Pros Funding, Inc and also a realtor with AZ Flat Fee Real Estate and helps people purchase, refinance, buy and sell real estate. Chaz grew up on the eastside of Tucson and attended Sahuaro High School before attending the University of Arizona and graduating with a degree in Education.
Chaz has a passion for education which now extends to his clients on how to make the best financial decision on what will most likely be their largest financial purchase. Chaz has a goal of keeping the client informed on what is needed to make the purchase a smooth transaction. He prides himself on being accessible to his clients for their questions and concerns.
He is active in whatever activities his kids are participating in and is involved with the school’s parent group and Scoutmaster for his son’s Boy Scout Troop. He has been an active volunteer with Junior Achievement of Southern Arizona and also supports Flags for the Flagless. In his time away from the office, Chaz loves spending time with his wife, Monica and their two kids. During the Fall he can be found tailgating before every U of A home football game with his tailgate group, the RED ARMY. Chaz also enjoys outdoor activities like walking, golf and spending time in the pool.
