Rob is a Senior Business Consultant with Helpside, where he works with small and medium-sized businesses throughout Southern Arizona to strengthen HR, employee benefits, compliance, and workforce strategies. With over a decade of experience in human capital management, Robert has been recognized by ADP and Paychex for his success in building trusted referral networks.
A Tucson native, Robert grew up in midtown before moving to Pennsylvania for high school and college. He returned home in 2007, where he is proud to raise his son, Jaxon, as a third-generation Tucsonan. His roots in the local business community run deep—his grandparents, John and Lynn Lown, founded the family business, Lown’s Costumes, which served Tucson for more than three decades and acted as Rob’s entry level work experience.
Robert is passionate about giving back to his community. He has volunteered with the Catalina Foothills School District athletics program, the Kyler Murray Foundation, coached youth flag football, and actively supports local organizations through his memberships with the Marana Chamber of Commerce, Southern Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and Arizona Technology Council.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys attending NFL and University of Arizona sporting events, traveling, and creating meaningful experiences with family and friends. He approaches both his professional and personal life with the same relationship-driven values: trust, connection, and community.
