Rob Sandner is an HR Solutions Consultant with CBIZ, where he partners with organizations to navigate complex workforce challenges and strengthen their people strategies across HR, payroll, compliance, and employee experience. With over a decade of experience in human capital management, Rob brings a practical, relationship-driven approach to helping organizations improve operations, reduce risk, and support sustainable growth.
A Tucson native, Rob grew up in midtown before spending time in Pennsylvania for high school and college. He returned home in 2007 and is proud to be raising his son, Jaxon, as a third-generation Tucsonan. His connection to the local business community runs deep where his grandparents founded Lown’s Costumes, a longtime Tucson staple that shaped his early work experience and appreciation for entrepreneurship.
Rob is passionate about supporting the Southern Arizona community, with a particular interest in helping nonprofit organizations strengthen their impact through effective leadership, workforce strategy, and operational stability. He actively gives back through volunteerism, youth athletics coaching, and engagement with local business and community organizations.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys attending University of Arizona and NFL sporting events, traveling, and creating meaningful experiences with family and friends. He approaches both his professional and personal life with a focus on trust, connection, and community.
