How to Receive Funding from FCT
The Foothills Club of Tucson is excited to partner with local organizations!
Each year, we award four (4) grants of $3,000, distributed quarterly.

What You Need to Know
Applications are reviewed by our committee to ensure all guidelines are met.
Submitting early in the giving cycle helps ensure your application meets every requirement.
A 2-minute Member Sponsor video must be uploaded and submitted with your application. This video allows FCT members to learn about your organization before voting.
How Funding Decisions Are Made
FCT members review all eligible applications and vote for their top choices.
Organizations will be notified shortly after voting if they have been selected for funding.

Eligibility
With the mission of helping as many children as we can within our community, we encourage all organizations supporting children in need to apply. Groups and organizations who serve Tucson’s youth, up to the age of 18 years old, qualify for submission. Services that support an individual child are acceptable; however, funding cannot go directly to the individual. A current non-profit status will be required. We request that funding directly benefits the child/children of your program. We will not fund grants for administrative costs, salaries or facility expenses. Every application MUST BE SPONSORED by a FCT Member.

Please complete the Funding Request application in full, do not leave any blanks. Additional information about your organization that may be helpful in fulfilling your request can be included.
However, it is required to include:
- Application
- Current W9 Form (Signed & Dated for the Current Year)
- A breakdown of how each dollar requested will be used in the program. For example: Supplies, Registration, Bedding, Transportation, etc.
- Most recent financial statement
- How will the FCT be recognized for their grant
- FCT Member Sponsor name
- Member Sponsor Video (2-minutes MAX)

We award grants four times a year, giving organizations multiple opportunities to apply and partner with us.

You’re welcome to submit early—this gives our team plenty of time to review your application and make sure everything meets our guidelines.
🔄 Eligibility & Re-Applying
Organizations are eligible to apply during all funding cycles.
If your organization isn’t selected in a particular quarter, we encourage you to apply again next cycle.
🗳️ Voting & Notifications
FCT members will vote on eligible applications during our October, January, April, and July meetings.
You’ll receive a notification shortly after the vote with the funding decision.
